Ezimit winery was founded in the year 1994, and is 100 percent private owned company. It’s among the most modern wineries in South-East Europe, claimed by the Austrian Wine Knights, and in this moment is on the 4 place in Europe. For that to happen are responsible: the management, following new technology, modern approach to consumers and keeping up with the quality which originates from its own 400 ha vineyards. Capacity of the winery is 5 million bottles per year, which are 100 percent exported on the markets in: EU, China, Australia and Canada. Fermentation, as well as the parameters of wines are under complete monitoring, and it’s done by its own technological equipped laboratory.
