Dalvina is a prospering, family-owned winery surrounded by 410 hectares of private vineyards, with a storage capacity of 70.000Hl and a yearly production capacity of 34.000Hl. As one of the most dynamic wineries, the gentlest state-of-the-art technology is applied with every step, beginning with the collection of the grapes, following with the transport, the handling, the press, up to and including the process of fermentation. Aiming to create a high standard product by more than a ruleset, our team ferries a passion to capture the unique properties of the grapes, the soil and microclimates of the area – and forge them into liquid art.
